Resizing, Preserve & ConfigChange

This document shows the new supportsResizing, onConfigChange and preserve option introduced with APL 1.6, additionally the Reinflate command.

The ScrollView component keeps the current scroll position using the preserve property. The onConfigChange handler sends an event to the skill backend and also executes the Reinflate command.

The prerequisite for this is the new supportsResizing property in the settings.
