Calming waves

The waves are made up of several vector graphic components with different opacity. The wave itself is a very wide vector graphic. For each vector graphic component a rectangle is created and filled with the wave pattern. By using the tick handler the wave pattern is shifted periodically to achieve the effect of the waves.
