Countdown Timer

A sample countdown timer based on the elapsedTime since the APL document (screen) was loaded.

Set totalValue to the max number for the countdown. ex: 30, 15, 10, 5

HELP: Small bug where circle doesn't start completely filled and only fills after 1 second.
