New APL 1.7 option "layout­Direction" for non Arabic use cases

Though they tell us that the "layoutDirection" property is intended to be used for use cases related to Arabic it turns out we can do other stuff with it.

For example we can now switch the rendering order of container elements with one paramter as shown in the example.

Furthermore we can toggle the order of container elements during runtime by switching between the values "RTL" and "LTR" as shown in this example.
